However, while hot water can help us relax, it&#039;s not always the best ally for our skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">But what happens when we shower with very hot water?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our skin has a natural barrier that helps retain moisture and protect us from external agents. However, they aren&#039;t always comfortable for everyone, especially during cold weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The good news is that you don&#039;t have to choose between extremes, because the ideal temperature should be warm and comfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Experts often recommend showering with lukewarm water. This temperature effectively cleanses the skin without significantly disrupting its natural barrier.
